Rest assured that you will buy quality – this applies to PistenBully without compromise. You have the choice whether we should deliver your used snow groomer in the ECONOMY, BASIC, STANDARD or PREMIUM variant, but only when it comes to the scope of repairs or warranty!

Economy

Take it "as is" – a used PistenBully without overhaul, maintenance and warranty is the most affordable variant. You can then perform further repair and maintenance to your heart's delight!

Basic

Operational readiness is guaranteed – but without any further warranty – your used PistenBully has been repaired at low cost and arrives at your location in operating condition.

  • Creation of the test report
  • Completion of customer service appointment
  • Repair of the parts that are absolutely necessary for operation

Standard

You can rely on this used PistenBully – it has been refurbished for functional operational readiness according to Kässbohrer standards and equipped with original Kässbohrer parts. The warranty extends to twelve months or the first 500 operating hours. If anything still goes wrong, we will supply the spare parts or repair the damaged parts that have been replaced or repaired during the standard repair. On top of that, we will pay the expenses for removal, installation and travel.

Tasks completed:

  • Inspection and repair of the vehicle, tracks and auxiliary equipment
  • As necessary, replacement of wear parts and defective components with new components or components that have been repaired in-house
  • Complete visual restoration
  • Trial run of the vehicle
  • Attachment and function check of all auxiliary equipment
  • Services in a warranty case:
  • Twelve months or the first 500 operating hours for original Kässbohrer parts. Supply of spare parts or repair of damaged parts that have been replaced or repaired during the standard repair. Acceptance of the expenses for removal, installation and travel.

Premium

Not only safe but also a real eyecatcher – you receive a PistenBully that has been completely repaired and visually restored with great effort. The warranty is twelve months or the first 1000 operating hours. Stay cool when anything happens – we will supply the spare parts or repair the damaged parts that have been replaced or repaired during the premium repair. And as a matter of course, we will pay the expenses for removal, installation and travel (within the first 12 months or 500 operating hours).

Tasks completed:

  • Refurbishment according to KGF checklist
  • Complete repairs and general overhaul of the vehicle, tracks and auxiliary equipment
  • As necessary, replacement of wear parts and defective components with new components or components that have been repaired in-house
  • Complete visual restoration including
  • new paint for the driver's cab and of the base frame
  • Trial run of the vehicle
  • Attachment and function check of all auxiliary equipment
  • Acceptance and release of the vehicle by our customer-oriented quality center
  • Services in a warranty case:
  • Supply of spare parts or repair of damaged parts that have been replaced or repaired during the premium repair. Acceptance of the expenses for removal, installation and travel (within the first 12 months or 500 operating hours).
